How we actually work

We do not optimise for the dashboard. We optimise for the business behind it — orders, qualified leads, repeat customers, margin.

That means we spend the first weeks of every engagement on the boring work: tracking, conversion definitions, audience hygiene, feed quality, landing page basics. Once that foundation is solid, the campaign work becomes much simpler — and the reports start telling the truth.

Read our working principles
  • We never guarantee positions, impressions, or specific ROAS figures. Google's auctions are dynamic; anyone promising fixed numbers is selling a story.
  • We send raw data, not curated screenshots. Every monthly report includes the underlying spend, conversion and search-term data.
  • You own your account. We work inside your Google Ads MCC access — never our own — so nothing is hostage to a renewal.
  • If we don't think Google Ads is the right channel for you, we will tell you so before signing anything.

Who this is for, and who it isn't

A good fit

  • Established B2B and B2C businesses in the EU with a clear product or service, a working website, and at least a modest monthly ad budget.
  • E-commerce retailers with a real catalogue (not dropship arbitrage), proper invoicing, and a Merchant Center already set up.
  • Companies migrating from an agency that has gone quiet, or from an account that has accumulated years of structural mess.

Probably not a fit

  • Anyone looking for guaranteed leads, "we'll get you to position one", or shortcut traffic schemes.
  • Products that fall under Google Ads restricted categories without the necessary documentation in place.
  • Budgets so small that the management fee would outweigh the spend — better to learn it yourself; we are happy to suggest reading.
